● The whole machine is compact in design and the transmission structure is exquisite. Only one motor can realize the overall transmission function.
● Multi-purpose dial, worm and cam structure, continuous operation and stable operation.
● All parts are laser-cut or CNC-milled, which greatly increases the accuracy of parts.
● Optimized filling and flame control functions, making debugging easier.
● Power supply: Inverter DC resonant power supply made of imported IGBT power tube, high electrolysis efficiency, stable and adjustable electrolysis current. The gas production is stable and adjustable; it can work continuously for 24 hours without interruption.
● Electrolyzer: It adopts a large-scale mold to form an integrated molding, without a pump to automatically add water, has very high anti-explosion and anti-leakage performance and long service life. Suitable for various complicated working conditions.
● Air pressure system: using an intelligent pressure diagnosis system, the equipment can automatically start and stop gas production according to real-time pressure, and can be installed
constant output air pressure device and constant pressure output device, to ensure that the air pressure is always stable and consistent.
● Cooling system: The three-dimensional cooling air duct design with reasonable structure ensures the cooling effect and does not require water circulation cooling.
● Safety system: The machine is equipped with professional oxyhydrogen flame electronic anti-tempering device, and six sets of flame arresting devices are installed: the first way: a flame arrestor is installed on he flame gun; the second channel: a flame arrestor is installed on the pipeline; the third channel: a flame arrestor is installed in the machine; the fourth way: one-way valve is set in the machine; the fifth way: explosion-proof membrane; and the sixth way: pressure relief valve. Inside the equipment adopts multi-stage rotary water seal design, automatic detection and control of the safe water level to ensure 100% anti-backfire reliability and no dry flame arrestor.
● PLC control system: microcomputer monitors the running process, digital display of internal status.
● Water and gas separation system: gravity cyclone water and gas separation、 water vapor collection and backflow design to ensure that there is no water in the gas output pipeline.
● Equipment structure: flange installation is adopted inside, which is convenient for later flexible maintenance, built-in large-capacity water storage tank, no need add water often.

The piston metering pump is used for quantitative filling, and it can automatically stop the filling when there is no bottle. The hydrogen oxygen machine electrolysis water to provide the gas source for the automatic filling and sealing machine ,compare to the traditional gas and oxygen, it is more clean、safe and efficient, the combustion flame temperature is 2800-3200℃ (whereas the maximum temperature of the ordinary gas flame is just 1800℃ ), high sealing speed, suitable for sealing and filling volatile liquid and the areas which without natural gas pipeline.The machine is double-nozzle type, compact in structure, stable and reliable in operation, convenient in adjustment and operation, and complete in function.
