The aluminum-plastic packaging machine is a new type of packaging equipment designed for small pharmaceutical factories、hospital pharmacy departments and pharmaceutical factory research institutes. Its working principle is that the PVC is heated to the set temperature by the PVC heating device, the flat positive pressure blister forming device blows the heated and softened PVC into a smooth blister, and then the material is filled through the feeding device, and there is a nest pressure roller. The formed PVC foam tape is simultaneously and straightly pressed into the corresponding socket of the heat-sealed aluminum cylinder, and then the aluminum foil and PVC are heat-sealed by the roller heat-sealing device.

The development of aluminum-plastic packaging machine mainly presents the following four characteristics.

The first characteristic is the diversification of mechanical functions. At present, packaging products have become more refined and diversified. Under the changing circumstances of the general environment, packaging machines that are diversified, flexible and have multiple switching functions can better meet market needs than a single packaging machine.

The third characteristic is intelligent control. It is reported that the current packaging machinery manufacturers generally use PLC power load controllers. Although PLC is very flexible, it still does not have the powerful functions of computers (including software).

The fourth characteristic is the high precision of the structure. The industry pointed out that structural design and structural motion control are related to the performance of packaging machinery, which can be completed by high-precision controllers such as motors、encoders、digital control (NC)、power load control (PLC) and so on.
